The Outdoor Gear Exchange’s Web department is hiring for positions in order fulfillment and customer service. We are looking to fill several full time positions immediately; a qualified applicant must have a love of outdoor activities, strong attention to detail, be computer savvy and have a strong work ethic.

Floor Staff

We are looking for full-time sales staff. Daily responsibilities would include guiding customers to the right gear for their needs, merchandising, learning about gear, and generally maintaining the OGE as the spunky, local gear store that it is. Associates would be expected to work in multiple departments. The position is full-time and includes great perks and benefits.
