Floor Staff

The Outdoor Gear Exchange is looking to hire for our sales floor for spring and summer season. We are looking for long-term employees. Attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and, of course, a sense of humor is required. Passion for, and experience with the gear we sell also required. We are looking for "core" employee's with extensive experience in backpacking (overnight), telemark or a.t. skiing, or climbing. The position is full time and includes great benefits.
