Atlas 1022 Elektra Series Snowshoes

The Atlas Elektra 10-series snowshoes are performance snowshoes designed and built specifically for women. The Atlas Elektra 1022 offers the best performance for all-around backcountry exploration--comfortably carry 80 to 150 lbs. The Elektra 10 Series offers: Flotaion: 7000 series Easton aluminum frames with a new molded tail joint provides superior strength and lighter weight than 6000 series frames. A Duratek™ deck that is lighter and more abrasion resistant than hypalon. Articulation:Patented Spring-Loaded binding allows for a full range of foot movement, easy natural strides, and side-hill articulation, stable over most terrain Comfort: The ArchFlex binding was specifically designed for women to support the arch. The Asymmetrical binding is injection molded seperately for right and left feet. Asymmetrical SwitchBack™ harnesses centers the foot for better fit and control. New uniloop, single-pull straps and SureClick™ heel straps (with lever release) adjust easily and eliminate dangling straps: new low-profile Fast-Loc™ buckles. Traction:New Traverse Trac™ rails offer outstanding stability and traction while traversing a slope Stainless alloy All-Trac™ Toe Cleats provide ideal traction for climbing: Atlas HeelCleat™ stabilize and control the descents. Choose the model for your weight and/or snow conditions. Elektra 1022: 80 to 150 lbs. Elektra 1025: 120 to 200 lbs.
