The Stash BC has a dedicated pocket for your shovel blade and sleeves, which allow you to neatly store your probe and shovel handle for quick access. There is also a small zipper pouch, which allows you to store miscellaneous items. The back panel is made of firm breathable foam with a zipper on the side for rear access to the main storage compartment. The waist belt is padded and has two hip storage pockets and the sternum strap can adjust up and down. Load lifters on the top of the shoulder straps allow you to carry heavier loads more comfortably. A small Velcro pocket on the front stores the helmet carry, which hooks onto the small orange loops on the top of the pack. A lined goggle pocket safely stores your goggles when climbing and your sunglasses on the downhill.
