great in powder, soft bumps and trees - not so much groomers Review by GR8GLF

first 2 runs on the groomers, I thought I'd paid a grand for skis I couldn't turn - not a ski for inbounds groomers on man-made hard snow. But the 2010 178s ski like a 155, turn great in any soft snow, powder or mashed potatoes, and pretty quick in tight trees and soft bumps, but especially in deep, new snow. More versatile than I thought - not just powder-specific. (Posted on 1/11/11)
