The Black Diamond Women's Distance FL combines the compactability of a 3-section Z-Pole with 20 cm of FlickLock adjustability for backpacking, hiking and endurance running. BD's 3-section folding Z-Pole technology uses an internal cable and innovative speed cones to take the pole from stored to deployed in a matter of seconds, and the stopper basket secures the folded sections when the pole is stowed. Women's-specific sizing, EVA foam grips and plush-lined straps provide a comfortable fit during long days on the trail, and the pole's interchangeable carbide Tech Tips can easily be switched out for rubber Tech Tips (included) to accommodate different trail surfaces.
