Write an original, meaningful product review and be entered to win our monthly raffle. This raffle is open to customers only, employees of Outdoor Gear Exchange will not be entered.

We are looking for useful reviews to help other customers in their shopping experience, if your review is deemed unhelpful we reserve the right to NOT enter you in the raffle. An example of a unhelpful review would be, “These skis are good”. Please supply some information about product features that work well or not. Even if you’ve never used the product you are reviewing, at least make it look like you have.  While no purchase is necessary you do need to have an account on GearX.com, and be logged in, when you place the review so we can contact you in case you are the winner.

These reviews are expected to be written by the person submitting them. Remember when you were in school and professors warned against plagiarism? Same rules apply here. If we find that you have simply gone to another site and copied one of their reviews, we reserve the right to NOT enter you in the raffle. Additionally, we will likely have to remove said review from our site for legal reasons. 

By submitting a product review on our site, you are waiving creative rights to the content written. Any submitted reviews will remain on the website indefinitely. If a participant does not win the raffle they should not expect other forms of compensations.

If participants are abusing the stated guidelines above, we reserve the right to end this raffle.
