DMM Boa Screwgate Belay Biner
The Boa is an advanced cold forged multi-purpose locking karabiner which incorporates the prime features of both the HMS and Klettersteig karabiners in its distinctive ergonomic body. Forging gives high strength and rigidity whilst a mammoth gate opening readily accommodates either the Italian Hitch, Betterbrake, Bug, Cardiac Arrester, or other belay systems besides coping easily with Via Ferrata, ladder and wire production systems. The ‘S shape back improves handling characteristics whilst helping to reduce the possibility of accidental rotation during use.

CE certified. Weight: 96.0 grams

  • Strength of 25kN with closed gate, 7kN with open gate.
  • Gate opening of 2.3cm.
  • Knurling on barrel of gate adds grip.
  • Three Sigma tested.
