FREE Shipping on orders over $99

Order at least $99 worth of gear and you'll qualify for FREE economy shipping.  Economy orders will be shipped by the most appropriate method for their size and destination, but will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.  Oversized items (crash pads, large sleds, etc ) do not qualify for free shipping, but skis do!  Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states also do not qualify.

UPS Delivery times are guaranteed with detailed online tracking.  USPS can be cheaper for smaller packages, but delivery times are not guaranteed and detailed tracking is not available.

Shipments to Canada are generally subject to import fees, which are due upon delivery.   Find out more about these fees from UPS  and from Canada Post.  We cannot accurately predict what the import fees may be on a given order.  Please direct any questions about these fees directly to UPS or Canada Post depending on your method of delivery.  We have heard that fees charged by Canada Post may be lower.

International Shipping

With the exception of Canada, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates are determined by your location, the product’s weight, and, in some cases, the size of the product. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground.  We also offer several expedited UPS options as well as USPS Priority Mail.  UPS is our preferred carrier because they provided better insurance and tracking services.  Please note that all shipping times listed above (including expedited service) are in business days only.  Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded.

For all shipments a complete and accurate shipping address is also required, as GearX.com does not refund freight charges on packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Additionally any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will be the customer's responsibility. For international orders this will include applicable duties and taxes. If these charges are less than the value of your return we will deduct that amount from your refund.

While GearX.com attempts to ship orders together and complete, we may ship multiple items separately. Don't worry, you will not be charged any additional freight for it.

Products containing compressed gases, or otherwise meeting the definition of regulated materials (ORM-D), must be shipped via ground methods, and cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please note: All orders are subject to approval and verification. If Shipping and Billing address are different additional verification will be required which may cause delays. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed. If there is any issue with fulfilling your order GearX.com will contact you right away. If we have a partial order and do not hear back from you within 48 hours we will ship it out to avoid any further delay.
