Karhu Jak BC Telemark Ski

We put the Jak on a diet for those who mostly earn their turns. TelemarkTips.com had this to say about the new Jak BC, “In our opinion the Jak BCs are, pound-for-pound, the finest all around performing pair of skis we’ve ever tested for backcountry use.” The Jak BC has proven a standout in the Backcountry for both AT and Telemark skiers. By replacing the Titanal with Carbon and using our Macrolite Poplar core, the BC is considerably lighter then the Jak, but with the same great shape.

Carbon V-Bands - Provides pop in turns while keeping the weight down.
Macrolite Poplar Wood Core - A lightweight feel and longer life.
Progressive All-Mountain Sidecut - Variable radius from tip to tail for quick initiation, solid edge hold, and a smooth finish to the turn.
Stone Ground Sintered Base - Maximum durability, speed and wax absorption.
4D Fiberglass Wrap - Model specific torsional rigidity, flex and edge hold.
