Description

A one-stop solution to winter weather, the Mountain Hardwear Main Street Trifecta jacket combines the popular and versatile 3-in-1 jacket concept with Mountain Hardwear's proprietary technology. The outer jacket features a DryQ waterproof membrane laminated to a nylon twill face fabric, with a separate taffeta fabric liner on the inside that improves next-to-skin wearing comfort. The inner jacket uses Mountain Hardwear's exclusive Thermic Micro insulation, which is exceptionally compressible and quite warm for its weight.

Warmth-wise, the Main Street Trifecta will suffice on its own for cold conditions in town (down into the low 20s or teens, depending on the user) and can be layered with a fleece or sweater to provide protection against even more frigid conditions. The latter is a great layering system to use for cold days of skiing.
Feature list from Mountain Hardwear:
  • Fully Adjustable, attached hood
  • Zip handwarmer pockets
  • Adjustable cuffs for fit options
  • One-handed hood and hem drawcords for quick adjustments
  • Micro-Chamois lined chin guard eliminates zipper chafe

ABOUT MOUNTAIN HARDWEAR

Mountain Hardwear was established in 1992 by a group of passionate people who believed that anything is possible, and that anything worth pursuing in life required challenge.

In their first 18 years, Mountain Hardwear has been focused on the literal mountain. Climbing to the highest peaks in the world, standing on their summits and celebrating the moment. They have always looked for the next big climb, the steepest descent, the longest wild run to feed their insatiable appetite to test their resolve, push beyond perceived limits, and learn a little more about themselves.

At GearX.com, we carry a wide selection of Mountain Hardwear products to help you meet those challenges.
