The Petzl Vasak Flexlock crampon's are designed for traditional mountaineering using a 12 point system and lateral points are separated to respect the asymmetry of the boot and to limit the ""rail"" effect which increases the risk of slipping. Also comes with ANTISNOW to avoid slipping on sticky snow. The 2 front points are flat for increased bearing power. Weighing only 900 grms with easy adjustment, yeh no tools required. The Vasak fit for boots without sole overlaps. Flexible bindings at the front and the rear, which adapt to the shape of the boot, strap fastening.
