Our shipping rates are determined by your location, the product’s weight, and in some cases the size of the product. We use UPS as our preferred shipper. Your package is insured and trackable online. When you checkout you can select the appropriate UPS service (Ground, Three Day, Second Day, or Next Day) and see the actual freight cost. A shipping time in transit map for UPS ground service can be found below. We ship orders out in the order they arrive, and ship out all orders that arrive by noon the same day.
Please note that Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Shipping times include business days only. Saturday delivery is extra (please call for Saturday quote).

UPS will not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations. If you would like us to ship to a PO box, APO, or FPO, we will ship it via the US postal service at the UPS ground rate. Please note shipping times may vary, and that once the military gets your APO or FPO package, it is in their hands. And unlike UPS service, you will be unable to track the progress of your package online, although it will still be insured.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally (with the exception of Canada). Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are lucky enough to live in Canada, please be aware that it is your responsibility to know the duties and import fees associated with the shipment, and also your responsibility to pay them.

For all shipments a complete and accurate shipping address is also required, as gearx.com does not refund freight charges on packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Additionally any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will be the customer's responsibility. For international orders this will include applicable duties and taxes. If these charges are less than the value of your return we will deduct that amount from your refund.
