Free Shipping on orders $99 and over!

We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $99 within the lower 48 states (contiguous US) and to APO addresses. Select Free Shipping at checkout.  We may ship your order by UPS ground or USPS. Oversized packages (crash pads, large sleds, etc) do not qualify for free shipping. Skis do ship for free! Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states are also excluded from free shipping.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates are determined by your location, the product’s weight, and, in some cases, the size of the product. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground.  We also offer several expedited UPS options as well as USPS Priority Mail.  UPS is our preferred carrier because they provided better insurance and tracking services.  Please note that all shipping times listed below (including expedited service) are in business days only.  Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded.

For all shipments a complete and accurate shipping address is also required, as GearX.com does not refund freight charges on packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Additionally any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will be the customer's responsibility. For international orders this will include applicable duties and taxes. If these charges are less than the value of your return we will deduct that amount from your refund.

While GearX.com attempts to ship orders together and complete, we may ship multiple items separately. Don't worry, you will not be charged any additional freight for it.

Please note: All orders are subject to approval and verification. If Shipping and Billing address are different additional verification will be required which may cause delays. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed. If there is any issue with fulfilling your order GearX.com will contact you right away. If we have a partial order and do not hear back from you within 48 hours we will ship it out to avoid any further delay.

UPS Delivery times are Guaranteed.  Packages are insured and trackable online.  We recommend UPS for all time sensitive and valuable orders.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS delivery times are on average and not guaranteed.  Packages have insurance and online delivery confirmation. Detailed tracking information is not available.  We offer USPS service because in some cases it can be a cheaper option, but UPS is generally more reliable.

International Shipping
